Hello there dolls!
I'm back again with two new OOTDs on my channel - Casual Florals as well as Simple Tribal. In both videos, I show you how I would style two very on trend prints - my way. This is a really short post but don't worry, I'll be back again with new videos next week! Hopefully I'll be able to re-record my September favorites and my very first Scatteredvlog (Will talk more about this in a later post!) this weekend so that I have enough material to cover me for two weeks.

New Video: Birthday Haul + New Dip Dyed Hair + Video Schedule + Vlogs Maybe?
Hey Dolls!
I've just uploaded a new video on my channel on what I got for my birthday so go and check it out! ^^
I've been trying to come up with a filming schedule for some time now but of course that plan has been kind of a failure looking at how infrequently I am posting my videos lol! However I recently decided to upload at least once per week so that ya'll know that I'm still alive on my channel and stuff. Just a warning though, I have a feeling that most of the videos that I upload will be OOTDs since they are the easiest for me to film - hope you ladies won't mind that though.
Oh and just a random bit of hair news, I finally got my ends dip dyed in lilac!! But ya'll won't be able to see my new hair until a few videos later as I have already pre-filmed one or two videos here and there just in case I am unable to sit down and film a proper one for a while.
I'm also hoping to vlog about random stuff but of course, my vloging skills have been a fail as every time I try to vlog. Reason being is that I've been quite packed with my school's musical as an Assistant Stage Manager so much so that I don't have the time to vlog. Hopefully I'll be able to do some simple talky talky vlogs first before I go on to do some follow me around vlogs, but then again I want to show ya'll how my school's musical rehearsal is like by the end of this month without getting into trouble... :(
Oh well, things will work out soon hopefully and when it does I'll show you around the rehearsal! And remember how I said I wanted to vlog about my day out with friends last Sunday to celebrate my belated birthday? It was a complete fail lol!

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY! + New Video
Hey Dolls!
You read that title right, it's my birthday today!! I'm super happy but yet sad at the same time cause as I'm typing this post, its already coming to 9.40pm at night. It means that my birthday's gonna be over soon!
Anyhoo, I did some major damage to my wallet today after all that shopping and pampering I did. I'm going to celebrate my birthday again this coming Sunday with my friends where we're gonna be doing some more shopping at a local shopping street which sells various kinds of clothes, shoes, etc. for cheap! I'm super hoping to be able to get a pair of high waisted shorts and knock-off JC HMOG Platform Sneakers (I BADLY WANT THIS) at a really affordable price so wish me luck!
As for my new video, I did another OOTD. I know I said that I'll be most likely uploading the "Get To Know Me Tag" as the next video, I just might push it back until I've uploaded all my birthday related videos first. I'm also thinking about doing a quick "Follow Me Around" video, just to show you snippets of what happened on Sunday.
So that's all that I have for now and I'll talk to all of you soon!

The 7 Deadly Sins of Beauty Tag - Blog Edition
Hi Dolls!
Here I am, back again with another post for all of you. I'm going to be doing The Seven Deadly Sins of Beauty tag today. But instead of do a video out of this, I'm going to be a blog version of it instead. ^^
I'm am expecting this post to be quite a long one so let's get into it!
1. GREED - What is your most inexpensive beauty item? What is your most expensive?
My most inexpensive beauty item will forever be my Berry M "Super Shiny Lip Gloss" trio.
The Reason why I say this trio will forever be my most inexpensive beauty item? I got it free from a magazine that I bought quite a while ago lol! As you can see from the picture above, the hot pink gloss has been wiped clean of its wordings - goes to show how often I use that colour on a day to day basis. The pigmentation of these lip glosses are actually quite good, and true to what's in the bottle. I'm not too sure if they are still available so I shan't talk too much about them. (:
As for my most expensive beauty product, it is my Revlon PhotoReady compact.
2. WRATH - What beauty products do you have a love/hate relationship with?
Pretty simple answer really, its just one word -
3. GLUTTONY - What are your most delicious beauty products?
This is also pretty simple, its my Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E Concentrated Cream.
Gosh that's one long name for a cream. 0.0
But then again, this cream just smells of chocolate! If you are a chocolate lover like me, then this is the ultimate chocolate-related product for you. And since this is a concentrated cream, a little sort of goes a long way as well. Another bonus point for being able to be used in various dry areas like hands, knees, etc. But I prefer using it on my legs as they tend to get really dry as well.
4. SLOTH - What beauty product do you neglect, due to laziness?
Okay, I named this product before on my Top 5 Summer Must Haves Video - its the sunblock.
5. PRIDE - What beauty product gives you the most self confidence?
It's my Maybelline Mineral concealer!
This concealer is really awesome cause its coverage is good enough for me to hide my dark eye circles which seems to be forever on my face. If I want to hide my spots however, I need a just a little more on the doe-foot applicator to fully cover it up. Totally help that this concealer is mineral-based, it's pretty good for the skin then huh? ^^
6. LUST - What attributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex?
Well, to be frank - I am not too sure what I find most attractive in the opposite sex since, I admit, I have really high expectations on what I look for in a guy in the first place (I would like to blame my love of Kpop for this). But some attributes that I would look for include being kind, understanding, caring, funny as well as not being clingy. Yea, the last one seems a little weird but for the guy I'm dating in the future - he needs to understand first and foremost that I am an independent woman. I don't do call and texts often, am often busy with school, enjoy being alone sometimes, etc. so if he expects me to reply/go out with him often - I'm gonna feel really restricted which is something that I absolutely HATE.
Okay, let's stop the ranting there and move on to the next question shall we? (:
7. ENVY - What items would you most like to receive as a gift?
There is one thing that I would love to receive as a gift, the YSL Rouge Volupte in Shade No. 1 Nude Beige and No. 2 Sensual Silk. Both shades are actually somewhat similar to each other in terms of being nudes but I just can't decide which one to have since both are equally beautiful! It also has spf 15 in its formula so I know that my lips are always protected from the sun whenever I reapply it outside. (:

As for my most expensive beauty product, it is my Revlon PhotoReady compact.
I don't know about how much this sells in other countries, but from where I'm from - this foundation costs up to $30++ in the drug store. I managed to snag it when it was on offer and I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION. It lives up to its "PhotoReady" name and really makes me look almost flawless on camera. The only regret that I have with this foundation is that its too light for my skin tone now. I've kinda tanned in the summers months so I went a shade darker, do hope to be able to use it again if I ever lighten up.
Pretty simple answer really, its just one word -
B.B. CREAMS.
This is my ultimate go-to lazy days product - its a sunblock, concealer, foundation, moisturizer, brightener and all other possible things into one. However, my only gripe with this particular group of products is that again, the creams are too light for my skin. This is especially true for the Etude House one on the right, it just makes me look like the white rabbit in Alice in Wonderland. The colour of the B.B. cream is slightly darker for the Maybelline one on the left so I do wear it from time to time.

Now I did use it religiously at first, but then I just got lazier as the summer progressed. I do know that sunblock is important for since it protects me from the UVA and UVB rays, so I'm trying to get back into the routine again. ^^

Updates Again!
Hi Dolls!
So many things have been happening in school that I barely have enough time to blog anymore. From doing up a portfolio to acting in a video to attending rehearsals for the school musical, the amount of work that I have to do keeps piling up by the minute. Doesn't really help that I have barely started on any of the assignments that I have to hand up in a week's time too...
But this isn't a place for me to talk about these things, it's a fashion and beauty blog! So talking about something in relevance to this blog, I finally got my gelish nails removed today!
And I must say, I am really impressed with them!
They lasted for almost three weeks without chipping and were still as glossy as ever. The removal process was quite simple too - my manicurist filed my nails to roughen then up before placing a cotton pad soaked in gelish polish remover on the nail and wrapped it up in a small square of aluminium foil. After a few minutes she then scraped off the "wet" polish, leaving behind a completely clean nail. And if there was something else that I noticed as well, it was that my nails looked strangely whiter after scrapping - this I assumed was a result of the manicurist crapping off the stained nail layers along with the polish in the removal process (I had slightly stained nails when I did gelish due to me frequently applying polish). She then took a buffer to buff my nails before finishing off with cuticle oil. The total time taken for them to remove the gelish took no more then 20 minutes I believe, around 10 to 15 minutes in fact.
Paying $28 for a nail polish that lasts up to a month max with little to no chipping and constant glossy shine was the best decision that I have ever made. I'm so going to do gelish again, once I have let my nails have a breather of air that is. XD
Something else that I have discovered today was the makeup brand essence, AND THE PRICES WERE DARN CHEEP!!
Sorry for the caps but that was the best way I could express myself when I saw the prices at a local drug store I was at today. $7.20 for a volumising mascara, roughly $2.30 for a nail polish? I'm all up for paying such prices for makeup products! They are far cheaper then makeup sold by a local makeup brand whose stand was right next to it! As for how good the products are, I'm not too sure but even if I were to not really like them after trying it out - at least my heart would not ache so since the prices were really affordable! I am totally going back to that drugstore to purchase essence the next time I visit it, really regretted walking away empty handed today!
Well, looking back on the post - I guess I have babbled quite a bit so I shall stop here for now. hopefully the next time I talk to all of you will be soon!

Time for Updates!
Hello there dolls!
First things first before I forget, I just uploaded another video today - an Outfit of The Day to be exact. My filming skills are kinda decent (I feel), but the camera was slightly shaky throughout so yeah - you have been warned... The next video that I'll be uploading sometime this week is going to be my Top 5 Summer Must Haves so stay tuned for that! :D
Next thing to update is about a Wedding! My cousin is finally getting married and I'm really happy for her - but then there comes the dilemma of what to wear to her wedding. I have to be wearing something that is dressy enough for the hotel dinner but yet keep me warm (I predict that the air conditioning is going to be a nightmare) and not steal the spotlight away from the bride. Thank goodness there is still quite a bit of time before the wedding for me to dig through my closet/shop for the perfect outfit!
So that is all the updates that I have for now and I hope to talk to all of you soon!

Gelish Nails
I have to admit, I personally never tried gelish or gel nails before - but I did accompanied another friend of mine to do gel nails in the past.
And boy, was that gel darn thick.
The lady was generously applying the gel onto my friend's nails before even applying the design. And as her nails grew out, you could literally see that the thickness of her gel nails was just ridiculous. Some of her school friends even thought she had applied fake nails or something along those lines. Let's just say that I promised myself NEVER to head back to that store again if I ever want to do gel/gelish nails. But I had to admit, after watching how pretty (and extremely hardy) her nails were after the session - that feeling of wanting to try gel/gelish nails began biting me ever since.
So yesterday, I finally decided to bite the bullet and get gelish nails. They were gel polish so the idea of me leaving the nail salon with no thick hard gloop on my fingers made me very happy.
And they now look like this:

My nails were painted a dark dusty pink colour which really reminds me of my mom in some way, maybe cause a few of her own polished are similar in shade? I'm not too sure haha. As for the 3D nail art, it was part of an offer going on for first time customers whereby they get an express gelish manicure with an option of doing either a glitter, 4 pieces of 3D nail art or magnetic nails (the latest addition to the gelish nail family).
Had to say that I was really impressed with how hardy the nails were. I could freely do whatever I wanted without worrying about whether or not I'll do damage to my nails. I'm usually a pretty rough person who kills her manicure quickly so doing gelish seemed like a pretty good option for me. (:

My Dream Perfume
The original Miss Dior Cherie has always been my dream perfume even since it was been released eons ago, I am horrible with explaining scents but I can tell you that it smells different from all the floraly sweet scented ones on the market.
I may not own the original, but I do own another version of it - Miss Dior Cherie L'eau.
It still maintains that light scent of the original but it smells slightly more mature?
To me, Miss Dior Cherie is the fun younger Parisian woman who know how to enjoy and be chic at the same time. On the other hand, Miss Dior Cherie L'eau is its mother, the lady who is more mature but yet still fun loving and chic at the same time.
Even so, I do hope to own the original Miss Dior Cherie one day - it would be an absolute dream come true!

Like how to apply that red lippy to wearing that right outfit for a lunch out with girlfriends, this has become my go-to guide for what to wear for ANY occasions (Ms Lapin even included a section on how to dress for the red carpet, something mere mortals like us do not experience often.).
Overall, I love this book to pieces and will keep going back to it when I'm in a style rut . ^^

A Start of Something New
Hi dolls (and guys if there are any lol)!
Just a quick intro about this blog - its mostly gonna be about fashion, make-up, books, and maybe a few random posts here and there. (:
I haven't been on blogger for so long and they've pretty much changed a lot! So give me some time to adapt and get this pretty little thing started, first official post will hopefully be up soon!
