Time for Updates!
Hello there dolls!
First things first before I forget, I just uploaded another video today - an Outfit of The Day to be exact. My filming skills are kinda decent (I feel), but the camera was slightly shaky throughout so yeah - you have been warned... The next video that I'll be uploading sometime this week is going to be my Top 5 Summer Must Haves so stay tuned for that! :D
Next thing to update is about a Wedding! My cousin is finally getting married and I'm really happy for her - but then there comes the dilemma of what to wear to her wedding. I have to be wearing something that is dressy enough for the hotel dinner but yet keep me warm (I predict that the air conditioning is going to be a nightmare) and not steal the spotlight away from the bride. Thank goodness there is still quite a bit of time before the wedding for me to dig through my closet/shop for the perfect outfit!
So that is all the updates that I have for now and I hope to talk to all of you soon!

Gelish Nails
I have to admit, I personally never tried gelish or gel nails before - but I did accompanied another friend of mine to do gel nails in the past.
And boy, was that gel darn thick.
The lady was generously applying the gel onto my friend's nails before even applying the design. And as her nails grew out, you could literally see that the thickness of her gel nails was just ridiculous. Some of her school friends even thought she had applied fake nails or something along those lines. Let's just say that I promised myself NEVER to head back to that store again if I ever want to do gel/gelish nails. But I had to admit, after watching how pretty (and extremely hardy) her nails were after the session - that feeling of wanting to try gel/gelish nails began biting me ever since.
So yesterday, I finally decided to bite the bullet and get gelish nails. They were gel polish so the idea of me leaving the nail salon with no thick hard gloop on my fingers made me very happy.
And they now look like this:
Sorry for the horrible lighting, the sun is really bright out this morning. >.<
My nails were painted a dark dusty pink colour which really reminds me of my mom in some way, maybe cause a few of her own polished are similar in shade? I'm not too sure haha. As for the 3D nail art, it was part of an offer going on for first time customers whereby they get an express gelish manicure with an option of doing either a glitter, 4 pieces of 3D nail art or magnetic nails (the latest addition to the gelish nail family).
Had to say that I was really impressed with how hardy the nails were. I could freely do whatever I wanted without worrying about whether or not I'll do damage to my nails. I'm usually a pretty rough person who kills her manicure quickly so doing gelish seemed like a pretty good option for me. (:

My Dream Perfume
The original Miss Dior Cherie has always been my dream perfume even since it was been released eons ago, I am horrible with explaining scents but I can tell you that it smells different from all the floraly sweet scented ones on the market.
I may not own the original, but I do own another version of it - Miss Dior Cherie L'eau.
It still maintains that light scent of the original but it smells slightly more mature?
To me, Miss Dior Cherie is the fun younger Parisian woman who know how to enjoy and be chic at the same time. On the other hand, Miss Dior Cherie L'eau is its mother, the lady who is more mature but yet still fun loving and chic at the same time.
Even so, I do hope to own the original Miss Dior Cherie one day - it would be an absolute dream come true!

Filled with beautiful pictures, style advice, interviews with designers such as Anna Sui, Paul Smith, Emma Hill and more - this book is sure to become a fashion bible to quite a few people.
I bought this book recently and was very impressed with its contents - Fifi shared quite a few tips that I found really useful to work into my existing wardrobe and makeup collection. Like how to apply that red lippy to wearing that right outfit for a lunch out with girlfriends, this has become my go-to guide for what to wear for ANY occasions (Ms Lapin even included a section on how to dress for the red carpet, something mere mortals like us do not experience often.).
Overall, I love this book to pieces and will keep going back to it when I'm in a style rut . ^^

I haven't been on blogger for so long and they've pretty much changed a lot! So give me some time to adapt and get this pretty little thing started, first official post will hopefully be up soon!
